Beijing Yandong Microelectronic Co. Ltd(referred to as YDME) was founded in 1987, with registered capital of 600 million CNY. YDME is located in NO. 51, 4th Road of Jinghai, Beijing Economic -Technological Development Area, and a second-level state-owned high-tech enterprise under SASAC. YDME has been developed as a domestic well-known integrated circuit manufacturer and overall program provider.
YDME’s main business covers chip design, manufacturing and package, semiconductor device processing and manufacturing, as well as providing full-chain technological services for integrated circuit overall program. We have a range of products, including power semiconductors, acoustic photoelectric sensors, acoustic photoelectric ASIC, high-reliable devices and so on, widely used in various fields, such as mobile communications, home appliances, sound transmission, power management, and aerospace industry. YDME was selected as the “Demonstration Action for Science and Technology Reform” of the State Council’s SASAC in 2019. YDME has been dedicated to the development of “More than Moore”. With the package line and the production line of 4-inch and a 6-inch chips, we have succeeded in establishing China’s first fully automatic production line of 8-inch chips based on domestic-made core equipment in 2019. YDME has been always devoted to manufacturing chip attentively and making its own contributions to our country in this industry. We will continue to the development pattern of IDM and the industry layout of CSMD.
