12月20日，北京海外学人中心联合清华大学共同举办第三期北京市国际学者交流平台活动——参访清华大学苏世民书院。来自北京语言大学、北京外国语大学、北京第二外国语学院、中国外文局、中央广播电视总台、中国日报和清华大学的30多名在京外籍人才参加了活动。
On December 20th, the Beijing Overseas Talents Center, in collaboration with Tsinghua University, successfully hosted the third session of the Beijing International Scholars Exchange Platform activity – a visit to Tsinghua University's Schwarzman College. More than 30 foreign talents based in Beijing from Beijing Language and Culture University, Beijing Foreign Studies University, Beijing International Studies University, China International Communications Group，China Media Group and China Daily participated in the event.
外籍人才参观苏世民书院，并深入探究了这所现代化书院的教育模式。据了解，苏世民书院紧密围绕全球事务、中国发展和领导力三大基石，培养深入了解中国文化、国情，具有宽广国际视野、优秀综合素质与卓越领导能力的全球未来领袖;同时还举办各类国际交流活动，为苏世民学者和来访的国际学者们建立思想碰撞、自由交流的平台。
The foreign talents, led by the relevant teachers, toured Schwarzman College and delved into the architectural concepts and educational models of this modern college. It is understood that Schwarzman College closely focuses on the three pillars of global affairs, China's development, and leadership, cultivating future leaders who have a deep understanding of Chinese culture and national conditions, a broad international perspective, excellent comprehensive qualities, and outstanding leadership skills. The college also organizes various international exchange activities, establishing a platform for idea collisions and free communication among Schwarzman Scholars and visiting international scholars.
现场外籍人才就各自的研究领域、学术经历与生活体验进行了分享，这不仅促进了多种文化之间的交流与融合，更是创造了科研及学术合作机会。
On-site, the foreign talents engaged in in-depth exchanges about their respective research fields, academic experiences, and life experiences. This not only promoted understanding and respect among various cultures but also uncovered potential opportunities for scientific research and academic collaboration.
北京市国际学者交流平台由北京海外学人中心与清华大学共同主办。自启动以来，已成功举办三期活动，吸引了百余位在京国际学者的积极参与。平台不仅为学者们提供了展示自己研究成果的舞台，还为他们搭建了拓展人脉、寻求合作的平台。未来，北京市国际学者交流平台将继续发挥桥梁和纽带作用，吸引更多国际学者参加各项活动，推动学术合作与文化交流，为北京高水平人才高地建设注入源源不断的力量。
It is reported that the Beijing International Scholar Exchange Platform is co-hosted by the Beijing Overseas Talents Center and Tsinghua University. Since its inception, it has successfully organized many events, attracting the active participation of numerous international scholars based in Beijing. The platform not only provides a stage for scholars to showcase their research achievements but also builds a network for expanding connections and seeking cooperation. In the future, the Beijing International Scholar Exchange Platform will continue to act as a bridge, attracting more international scholars to visit and exchange in Beijing, promoting academic cooperation and cultural exchanges, and injecting a continuous stream of energy into the construction of Beijing's high-level talent hub.
