Beijing Superstring Academy of Memory Technology (SAMT) is a non-profit academic organization in Beijing Economic and Technological Development Area, established in September 2020. As an independent academy, SAMT focuses on advanced Memory scaling technology by exploring new materials and transistor architectures, advanced lithography and design-technology co-optimization. Our R&D facility includes the most advanced DRAM manufacturing line and new equipment co-developed with suppliers dedicated to innovative solutions for future Memory chip production .
