Hebei Deyuquan Dairy Co., Ltd. was formerly known as "Xingtai Qiaoxi Steel North Dairy Beverage Factory". In 1986, it built a 200 square meter factory on the homestead of Li Yanzhuang. In 2013, it established "Xingtai Deyuquan Food Co., LTD." In 2018, it officially established "Hebei Deyuquan Dairy Co., LTD." The registered capital of Hebei Deyuquan Dairy Co., LTD. It is one of the two enterprises with double certificates (liquid milk certificate and milk powder certificate) in Hebei dairy industry, filling the gap of no local dairy enterprises in Xingtai City. In 2019, the company's project was included in the scope of Hebei dairy industry revitalization planning, and was listed as the key project of Hebei Province in 2021 and the key project of provincial agricultural industrialization; Won the title of "Project Construction Hero" in 2020; In 2022, it won the title of "Xingtai Key Leading Enterprise of Agricultural Industrialization" and "Vice President Unit of the Seventh Council of Hebei Dairy Association"; The title of "Excellent Dairy Processing Enterprise" by China Dairy Association in 2022; In 2023, it won the title of "Key Leading Enterprise of Agricultural Industrialization in Hebei Province".
Since its establishment, the enterprise has built a dairy industry base project, which is divided into three phases. The first phase of the construction of 300 tons of liquid milk production line (daily production capacity of 200 tons of pasteurized milk, 50 tons of fermented milk, 50 tons of sterilized milk) has been completed and put into operation. The second phase of construction of 300 tons of milk powder production line for daily processing of fresh milk (two shifts) (30 tons of milk powder per day), and an additional 70 tons of butter production line for daily processing of fresh milk (two shifts), is expected to be completed and accepted by the end of June. Up to now, the first phase has completed an investment of 300 million yuan, and the third phase has invested 213 million yuan, and it is planned to start construction in the near future. In the end, it will form a comprehensive dairy industry base with an annual production capacity of 160,000 tons of liquid milk products such as sterilized milk, pasteurized milk and fermented milk, 10,000 tons of milk powder products such as whole milk powder and skim milk powder, and 600 tons of butter products.
