The college has always adhered to the socialist direction of education and the educational philosophy of "integrating teaching and industry, and interacting with schools and enterprises". We have established a "university alliance" and "enterprise alliance", created a new type of interactive and integrated industry education responsibility community with "multiple enterprises, multiple universities, and multiple levels", and built an information technology talent training ecosystem that deeply integrates industry and education, with a high degree of alignment between training goals and enterprise employment needs, training processes, learning evaluations, and employee ability requirements, and a high degree of alignment between training environment and enterprise environment. At present, the main educational programs of the college include the Municipal Demonstration Software College Project, Excellent Internship (Training) Project, Higher Vocational Education Undergraduate Program, Municipal Excellent Experimental Class Project, Modern Industry College Project, etc. There are over 7000 permanent students on campus, and the annual number of trainees remains stable at around 11000. It has become an information and innovation talent training base that gathers more than 150 new generation information technology innovation enterprises, serves universities in the city, and radiates to 79 universities nationwide.
